  Applebee's key is consistent menu, attentive wait staff, and decent food. This location hits all of those points. Table area was small and I felt crammed... but I've had other positive experiences here.

  Terrible!!! It took forever for our food to come out. It was not cooked right so we sent it back. It came back out the second time and it was still bad. I sent my order back and said forget it. The rest of my party was already eating. Another person in our party kept her second time order even though that also was STILL not right. When the check came the Mgt. only took my order off but offered no comps for the bad service from the kitchen. The waitress, Chelsea, was very good. We felt bad for her having to make excuses for the rest of the staff. We were just at this establishment a few days ago and the food was great. Our guess is it had to be the fault of the staff on this day as opposed to the staff the previous day we were there. Our reasoning is we will not come back to this branch because if we want to gamble with our money we will go to the casino. Bad cook, bad management. We had 5 in our party.
